Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The standard shipping rate is $7.50. Each piece of homemade jewelry is packaged appropriately for delicate jewelry to ensure it arrives safely to your doorstep. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Return policy
Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping or if the jewelry breaks within two weeks of receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please send a picture of the broken item to Versatilevibesjewelry@gmail.com within the 2 week timeframe. The replacement will then be processed and shipped the same or next day.
